The hotel's decoration is elegant and tasteful, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The general areas are well-maintained and accessible for senior people. I especially appreciated the wide hallways and comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel, making it easy for me to navigate and rest during my stay.
I would have appreciated a more attentive staff. Sometimes, the children working there seemed overwhelmed and not as helpful as I would have liked.

The breakfast spread was good. The location was great, just a short walk from the lake. The pool was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The rooms were not as clean as expected and the towels had stains on them. The shower had very low water pressure, making it difficult to take a proper shower.

Our experience at the resort was absolutely mind-blowing! The hotel manager, Ms Sindhu, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, promptly addressing any issues. The delicious breakfast and restaurant food exceeded our expectations. Despite being a little far from the markets, the prices were quite reasonable. The staff's attentive response to our concerns about the AC and prompt room relocation made a significant difference. The resort offered a variety of activities for everyone, from table tennis to fishing. The gym, spa, and swimming pool were fantastic. The added bonuses of refreshments, free boat rides, and cultural shows made our stay even more memorable. We had an amazing time and highly recommend this resort.

The location is great for a weekend getaway. The pool and lawns were well-maintained and perfect for spending a lazy afternoon. The buffet breakfast had a variety of dishes to choose from, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The staff was kind and attentive to our needs.
The room was not as clean as expected. The bathroom had a musty smell and the towels were old and worn out.
